PRIVACY POLICY
With this Privacy policy AdScanner d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), Donje Svetice 35, Zagreb, CROATIA, as the personal data Controller protects client’s privacy and takes care of their personal data in the wake of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 / EC (Regulation) and Croatian Law on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (NN 42/2018). The Company’s Privacy policy discloses transparently and publicly the ways in which Company processes personal data solely in accordance with the principles of the Regulation.

Personal data:
According to the Regulation, ‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly.

Processing:
According to the Regulation, ‘processing’ means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Personal data collection:
Adscanner collects personal information directly from data subjects and enters it to web applications access systems, records and contact. The data processing is based on business contracts with client companies. Personal data is collected and used exclusively for newsletter purposes and it contains the following; Name, Surname, E-mail adress and Place of work. Personal data used on the website is collected exclusively from website visitors who chose to contact Adscanner, or sign-up for the newsletter.

Should you contact us using our Contact webform, we only process contact information until the end of communication when we delete it. Should you send us your CV, it will be processed as soon as possible and we will get back to you immediately. If you are applying for a published job vacancy, you will receive an answer by closing the application deadline. After the deadline for the selection of candidates, all candidate CVs will either be deleted in a secure way or stored based on your consent.

Purpose and right of access:
Personal information is used solely for the aforementioned purposes. Company does not use outsourced services. Additionally, based on our legal obligations, personal data might be made available to representatives of the competent authorities if necessary.

Retention period:
Your personal information are stored for the minimum period, that is, until they are needed for processing. In this way, your access information will be stored until the expiration of the contract with an additional period defined by the contract. The data in our records remains stored for up to 2 years, and we keep the contact information based on our legitimate interest until the end of its useful life.

Web cookies:
Our web pages use web cookies. We use necessary session and analytics cookies which you can refuse to install.

Analytics cookies – our website uses Google Analytics cookies. Thus, based on your consent, Google is analyzing your use of this site on our behalf. So the information that Google collects about your use of this site (e.g., your starting URL, your search of our site, the web browser you used, your age group, your computer system you used, or display resolution) is transmitted to Google servers where they are stored, analyzed, and the result made available to us in anonymized form. Storage and protection:
Personal information are protected by adequate security measures. All data is backed up and access to documentation is prescribed and restricted. Data subject rights:
We provide the conditions for you to decide on the processing of your personal information and guarantee you the following rights:

a)Right to access
You have the right to request information whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access that information. In the event that we process a large amount of data relating to you, we may ask you to specify your request for the submission of particular specific groups of data that we process about you.

b) Right to rectification
If you think that we are processing inaccurate or incomplete information about you or want to change it, you have the right to request correction or to supplement incomplete personal information. In order to ensure that we always process only accurate personal information about you, you need to notify us without delay of any changes.

c) Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)
Deletion of personal information may be required, for example, if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your particular data, when your personal data is illegally processed or when your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or in any way processed. However, please note that we will not be able to delete your information if it is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations, contractual obligations and other legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation.

d) Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain a restriction on the processing of your personal data, which may be required, for example, if you have objected to the processing of the data, have doubts about the accuracy of the personal data being processed or the lawfulness of their processing, but you do not want the data to be deleted or you still need it to fulfill legal requirements.

e) Right to data portability
If the processing is based on your consent or is performed for the purpose of executing a contract with you, and at the same time is performed by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal information that we have received from you. If you request, we will transfer your personal information directly to another processing manager, if technically feasible.

f) Right to object
At any time, depending on your particular situation, you are authorized to object to the processing of personal data relating to you, which is why we will restrict the processing of such personal data. Also, we will delete and cease processing the data unless we prove that there are reasoned and justified legal grounds for retaining the data for processing. In addition, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes. Once your complaint has been filed, your personal information will cease to be processed for this purpose.

g) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal information is in violation of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. For the territory of the Republic of Croatia, the supervisory authority is the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (AZOP), with its registered office at: Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, web: http://azop.hr, tel.: +385 1 4609 000.

h) Right to withdraw consent
If the processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without any consequences. You may require the exercise of these rights:

- in writing to AdScanner d.o.o., Donje Svetice 35, Zagreb, CROATIA.Note – Applicant identification is required when making an application. The reason is to protect you as the owner of your personal information.
